I am not happy about my visit. We had been there once with no issues before, and before the long weekend I had a wisdom tooth grow in, it hurt a lot and pills didn’t work. And I tried calling everywhere, even the hospital wouldn’t do it within the week. So on Friday, I had got a call at work from the dental office I missed it called back a few minutes later. She had said there was an opening this afternoon on Friday, for 2:45 PM. So I called off work; and I went there. Came in she even acknowledged me at first and said ok sit down. An hour later, and did not know they close at 3:30 on Friday. It was well past, and she said “excuse me?” And said she was sorry, but was not aware of my appointment; even though she recognized me at the door. They then asked and I told them, and then one woman proceeded to go “are you sure you called back the right back?” And they both used that excuse, pretty much gaslighting my own appointment. I said yes, I have the voicemail and I was told this time. Then they asked again, and she blamed it on the computers. I was not happy, because now I had lots a days worth of work, drove 20 minutes for nothing, all to sit there for an hour and waited for nothing. So now I have to go through the hassle of calling work to cancel even more time off now, calling another place and going there, and it’s just causing hassle and time. All because she wasn’t willing to do her job properly. I have her name on the voicemail but I don’t think it’s necessary, I am very disappointed with the reception and I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I am sure the dental workers in the back are fine; it’s just the receptionist who got it wrong. Waste of time and waste of a day.

My first visit, my hygienist Leanne was very nice, gentle, and made me feel at ease as I have a fear of going to.the dentist . She even told me things about my procedure that i didnt know. Very impressed
