Today, 8/9/2024, she conducted my PICO and Pixel treatments to assist me in eliminating my melasma issues and to tighten my facial skin a bit. The PICO treatment was fairly painless, whereas, the Pixel treatment was slightly uncomfortable a couple of times over my bony prominent areas, which is expected. I am 8 hours post dual treatments and have not experienced any pain or discomfort at all. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and look forward to seeing my results in a few days! After a few weeks the lines should be gone, but they are strong again! At the follow up the lines were disappearing, I like to be frozen, and I wasn’t even after waiting a week or two because I know you have to give it time to settle, so I was pleased at what was happening, but here it is January and I had this procedure done in late December and my forehead lines are back the same! See photo! It shouldn’t look like this after spending over $600 and I had a $100 credit that I had them put back onto my bank card! They are fantastic! Precise, fast, and painless. I had debilitating jaw pain due to clenching my teeth. It got so bad I was having trouble eating. Their treatments have completely alleviated my pain and had a nice side effect of slimming my face / jaw muscles.

The second time they dropped my eyebrow, when I called to let them know they never asked to see me or help to fix it, they made me feel like it was my fault. I quit going there for my Botox but used them for the Semiglutide. After some time they called me and asked me to reschedule I made the appointment but my husband wasn’t comfortable with me going back, so I called to cancel. When I explained why I had to cancel she told me I was no longer welcome there for there care. In short they made me feel as if I wasn’t good enough, I had to walk around with a dropped eyebrow for three months, and the Semiglutide I just received made me really sick. I am sad to have been treated in such a manner. Less
