I higly reccomend Joey as an excellent PT. Best results I've had in my life! I've been to many Gyms, tired virtual PT etc and never achieved a result that kept me motivated to keep going. Training with POWA is enjoyable and was able to see visible results in only 3 months. POWA fitness is number one!
Joe is amazzzinnggggg and brings the POWA. He helped me lose weight almost 10 kilos in 10 weeks. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without him, and not to mention he believes in his clients and never lets them give up!

I am very happy with my results. It is a challenge for me to get to a gym so having Joe come to me overcomes that obstacle. Evey week it is obvious I am getting stronger and my back pain has disappeared. My musle mass has improved and body fat has been reduced significantly. Highly recommend Joe.
