One hot summer day I received a letter from neighborhood preservation stating that I needed some roof and siding repairs on my home and only had 30 days to complete the task . I tried 2 other companies before I called Reitzel, one no showed on their appointment and the other, well let’s just say I didn’t get a good vibe. When I called to make an appointment with Reitzel, I was informed that they had availability for the same day to do the inspection, and the estimate was done on the spot. I went from wanting some repairs to an entire replacement, Marc was very professional, very knowledgeable in his craft and a local. My decision was made and the next week his crew was busy with my project. In all roof replacement, siding replaced, rain gutter and a new chimney cap. I am very pleased and satisfied with all work completed and would be happy to recommend Reitzel to anyone looking to get home repairs done correctly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend this Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors! They recently replaced my roof and completed the entire job efficiently in just two days. The crew was hardworking, professional, and dedicated, working all day in the heat on a roof with absolutely no shade and full sun until sunset. They worked hard and still made sure the job was done right. They also did my decking on my flat garage roof previously, and I was very pleased with that work as well. I’ve even had them come back to check the decking to make sure it is still in good shape after being exposed to the sun. I really appreciate that they are willing to check on their work even though it is out of warranty. That says a lot about how they stand behind their work and care about their customers. The crew also did a great job cleaning everything up when they finished. From the quality of the work to their professionalism and customer service, I have been very happy with this company.I would definitely recommend them to others, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need roofing or any other contracting work in the future!

Had roof replaced on garage, shed and gazebo. Window replaced in garage and trim around garage. Hugo was by himself and he did an awesome job!! The only problem we had was not with anyone at Reitzel but the company that delivered the pallet of shingles placed them in the middle of the gate. Couldn't close the gate nor get lawnmower in or out but we managed!

Reitzel Home Improvement just finished total replacement of my roof, including replacing a sky light and relocating/replacing attic ventilation. In every regard the experience was exceptional. All 4 companies my wife and I engaged for estimates were good in describing the products they would use, but Marc Reitzel conducted absolutely the most thorough evaluation of our house and described in detail how they would proceed. The work crew was great about protecting our property as they worked, and worked hard to give us an excellent result. Sarah, the voice of the company on the phone, and Allen and Chris, the project managers, were all perfectly available, great listeners, and determined to give us a great roof and good experience. They succeeded!

Reitzel took down our old deck and built a new deck, and we would absolutely hire them again. Everyone on the team was professional and collaborative. We love our new deck! And everyone who sees it comments on how great it looks. Thank you, Reitzel!

Had Jacob from Reitzel out for an estimate. He was the most thorough and professional. I decided to go with a cheaper option hoping to get similar results. Unfortunately, the project did not go well. I ended up paying Jacob to come back out and lend his expertise. He was able to explain everything to me and provide me with the tools to hold the other roofer accountable. I'll happily refer to any friends or family.

Jacob at Reitzel Roofing is awesome I recommend him 100%, he was super professional and thorough with his roofing inspection after I had issues with another companies install, I wish I had gone to their professionals first. They identified key issues with my roof and possible solutions the other guys didn't even bring up. From my family to yours thanks Jacob and thanks Reitzel for a job well done.

I highly recommend Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors for their excellent work, customer service, and work in a timely manner. They came out to give me an estimate promptly after my call about replacing some skylights. On installation day their crew arrived as promised and did an excellent job. Though they were a bit more expensive than another company I interviewed, I hired them because they gave me more confidence with their experience and expertise in the type of work we needed. In the end, they provided a good solution to the skylight installations that ended up saving us money. I am definitely glad we went with Reitzel.

Reitzel Home came out quickly to give a clear assessment of the repairs needed on our roof and siding. Workers showed up on time- even a little early- to start the repairs. They worked hard the whole time they were there and did a great job. Very pleased!
