I booked a rental for their enclosed trailer two days before I needed to pick it up. I submitted all the documentation they needed 90 minutes before I was set to pick the trailer up. I was notified that I would get a code to unlock the trailer as well as an inspection form I got there at 10 AM in a hurry because I need to pick my trailer up. It's nothing but a gravel lot nobody is there to help you and not that I need help hooking the trailer up but at 10 o'clock, I still had nothing even though my time started at 10 o'clock. When I called the owner, he was all bent out of shape told me that I would still be charged a fee for not taking the trailer even though I had to leave because I had to be somewhere and then he hung up on me and then he blocked my number horrible way of doing business and the trailers in crappy shape as well

I gotta say my trailer rental process with Affordable trailer rentals was really good. I literally booked it uploaded my documents And from there, they sent me the code for the lockbox and I was on my way. Any questions I had I called and I was helped. I definitely will use them in the future.

After my experience, I can definitely see why.I rented a trailer over a holiday weekend, and everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Pickup and drop-off were fast and hassle-free, and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. The trailer was exactly what I needed and came with all the necessary equipment, which made the entire job much less stressful.The only small issue I ran into was with the winch. It seemed to have an electrical short and didn’t always work as it should. I honestly don’t think the company knew about the problem, and I’m sure if previous renters had reported it, it would have already been fixed. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly didn’t outweigh the excellent service I received.It’s refreshing to do business with a company that’s dependable, convenient, and genuinely easy to work with. I’ll definitely use them again when I need a trailer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality equipment and outstanding customer service.
