This was my first visit to this salon and I was pleased with the welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and professional. Lauren did my hair. I hadn’t had my hair done in a year so it was creating a masterpiece. Lauren did a full highlight with a cut and style. She did a great job with the placement of my highlights and took the time to ask questions to ensure I was getting the style I wanted. I enjoyed my visit with Lauren, and will return. The price was better than other salons too even though I had to pay extra for my color bc I have baby fine hair but a lot of it! The price was still better than other salons in the area. I paid $282 total and spent about 4 hours in the salon. If you are on the fence about going, do it! They have several hairstylists that are all talented. Great salon!

Had my first appointment with Lauren and she was wonderful. I got a haircut and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I usually don’t make follow up appointments the day I got a cut but this time I did because I felt so comfortable with Lauren. Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.

Since moving from the West Coast, I’ve been looking for 4 years for someone who can cut and color my hair! I finally found Claire! She not only listened but knew what I was asking for based off my previous stylists instructions. She took my 2 tone hair, box color hack job, and completely fixed it! I couldn’t give a higher rating so 5 stars it is! I have used Chelsey as my stylist for a few years now and she never disappoints me! From her friendly demeanor to her professional abilities - she is the one! Even though I have now moved, I still drive 3 hours back to see her!Karla at the front, is always accommodating as best as she possibly can be, while trying to coordinate everyone’s busy schedules - from clients to staff. And always with a smile!All of the staff is amazing!

I have been seeing Lauren for years, but today was my first time at Cynergy. It was a great experience. The salon is clean and bright! It’s in a very convenient location in Wake Forest on S Main St. Lauren did a great job with my color and cut as usual. I’ll be back in a couple months for a touch up!
