She really listened to what I wanted, helped me choose the right shade, and the final result came out beautiful, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for.The color is rich and even, and my hair looks healthy and refreshed. I’ve received so many compliments already! She is talented, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing with color. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Literally have had bad salon experience after bad salon experience!I began thinking that what I was asking for was too much and that I simply had bad hair, or didn’t know how to ask for a haircut that would compliment me. I paid hundreds at some salons, went dozens of times to chain salons, and for years… walked away fighting my hair and losing.I am a week out from my first appointment and I still love my hair as much as I did after 30 minutes in the chair- my hair makes so much more sense, FINALLY, and my stylist instantly understood, and also helped verbalize what was going wrong with prior cuts. She also went out of her way to take the time to give me so much quality education about having hair that has become wavy/curlier over time that I’ve had no idea how to care for.You guys can count on me being a regular, I am seriously SO grateful for the service I received!
