I’ve had a lot of trouble getting the color I want from really high end salons but she had no issues with achieving the results and giving me recommendations to maintain my hair elsewhere as I live out of state. I got a haircut with Sarah. I think she is the owner. She was amazing. A little context of my story is that I had gone to another hair salon and they gave me a really bad haircut. As soon as I noticed it, I looked for somewhere else and I ended up in elevated. They did a great job and fixed my hair. So, I 100% recommend this place. Less

I wanted 90s layers and blow out and got just that and alex used her expertise in color to bring my blonde back to a place that is bright, yet cohesive and matches my skin tone/natural root. I recently called Elevate completely desperate to have someone help correct a coloring that was way too dark. I had read the reviews and asked Hannah. She actually had a cancellation for that afternoon!! Her calm attitude and assurance immediately put me at ease. After looking at my pictures and really listening to me, Hannah assured me that she could correct the color but it would take more than one appointment.
