I have been a member for over 9 years.The coaches, facilities and community make this gym unrivalled and unique to Cheshire.A variety of classes that cater for all individual’s personal fitness goals.It’s supported me individually on my own personal fitness journey and continues to daily.It’s a privilege to be part of the CW1 community and I feel blessed we have this gym in our town.

CW1 has completely changed my fitness, I joined as I wanted to see actual results, after having a regular gym membership for years and hardly using it and when I did, did I really push myself? Definitely not. At CW1 I found a great environment that allowed me to focus on developing my fitness. Due to booking onto classes that meant I felt more committed to turn up and once you’ve been a couple times it gets very addicting due to how fun the coaches and the community are! It’s not showboating muscleheads, it’s genuine people that help you, make it feel good and most of all for me help me keep coming back in day after day and now I feel fantastic for it - even completing fitness competitions now which I never thought I would be doing. Thanks Craig and the Team behind it all

CWOne is the most friendly gym you could wish to join. From the moment I walked in to enquire about the DEKA classes to now attending two or three times a week the coaches are super supportive, knowledgeable and motivational. All the members are friendly and welcoming. Classes are challenging and ensure you reach your potential. Great place!

A year and a half ago I couldn’t even run, I’d get out of breath so quickly but now I’m probably the fittest, most consistent I have ever been with the gym and exercise. The coaches are supportive, the atmosphere is motivating, and the community encourages progress. It has been life changing for my health and I’m so thankful!
