When our original solar panels failed, my original installer had gone bankrupt. Shaun was recommended by a neighbor, and he absolutely came to our rescue. He worked with the manufacturer to have the panels replaced under warranty. I did have to pay for labor, but that was the agreement with the manufacturer. He made a recommendation to upgrade the Microinverters since the new panels produced more than the originals. That has really paid off in extra production. Shaun went above and beyond. He kept me updated on progress all along the way. He was thorough, professional, and demonstrated integrity throughout the process.
