When our original solar panels failed, my original installer had gone bankrupt. Shaun was recommended by a neighbor, and he absolutely came to our rescue. He worked with the manufacturer to have the panels replaced under warranty. I did have to pay for labor, but that was the agreement with the manufacturer. He made a recommendation to upgrade the Microinverters since the new panels produced more than the originals. That has really paid off in extra production. Shaun went above and beyond.
