Love CrossFit Shelby. Coach Chad did a fantastic job this morning. Everyday is a different workout. The coaches are well trained. I love my CrossFit family.

Did a drop in here Nicole one the coaches was extremely helpful during the wod correcting the horrible back squat i have. making gains for sure. the proper back squat form has always been a struggle very welcoming gym. Hopefully ill be in the area again. Will definitely return

I have been a member for a few months now after moving to Shelby NC. I have nothing but positive things to say, all of the staff is wonderful, small personalized class sizes and everyone is incredibly friendly. Will has been wonderful to work with and is very kind hearted. It was scary to start at a new box in a new town, but I am very glad I did!

Dropped in over the holiday weekend felt welcome from the first step in the door. Great open and very clean space, well coached and a great workout. Had top notch amenities (cold plunge and sauna) that I would have used if there was more time. Thanks again CrossFit Shelby!
