We signed my son up for an intro class to help him gain confidence and body awareness and stay active at the same time. He was very shy going into the class but thanks to the patience and engagement of the coaches he was laughing, participating, and enjoying himself. I love this place. I started my 4 year old daughter here and they made my babies both feel so welcome. Professor Anthony and Coach Sandra are amazing with kids, keeping a great balance of fun and technique in their classes. It motivated me to start myself. Professor Anthony brings a sense of humor and great expertise to his classes and I love the way he explains things — not just what to do, but why, and how a tiny adjustment can make a difference.
