Had my one of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hussein. I was anxious having never experienced a tooth extraction, however the procedure itself was totally painless and It was over well within the hour. Overall a very routine and pleasant experience!

We contacted this office with a dental emergency. We couldn’t have asked for better care! They saw us right away (on a weekend) and the dentist was kind, patient and provided our daughter with the care she needed. The dentist followed up with us in the days following to make sure she was healing well and there were no further issues. Would definitely recommend.

It is not worth your time to go there (Especially with ‘Healthy Smile Ontario’ insurance), It was a really bad experience, they never wanted to do the right treatment.

I didn’t know that the dentist could be a positive experience until I came here. Friendly, capable team who is great at what they do. Both cleanings have been done by Jack who deserves 5 stars. Originally I was happy with the service that was being provided, I was passed between a couple different dentists at the office, every time I went in I would have them pull my remaining balance to my benefits to prevent them from exceeding my benefits package. On my last visit I complained about having a cavity that was causing pain and the dentist was more focused on fixing a couple of small chips on my front teeth that were not bothering me, now my front teeth are extremely sensitive to both hot and cold, and the cavity was never fixed. They went on to send me an invoice for the work that was not asked for and which was also outside my benefits. Thanks for nothing. Less

Dr. Hussein and his staff are amazing! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and was hesitant to go to the dentist for years and with my previous dentist, he who shall not be named, left me with a bad experience of having a tooth extracted (which took an hour and a half to get it out). I was in need of a new dentist and connected with Trillium Dental at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo because the Google Reviews looked great and they do direct billing with my insurance company. I had to get a tooth pulled, and I was full of anxiety about it since I did not want anyone sticking needles in my face or pulling things out as the tooth that needed to be removed was on the same side as my Trigeminal Neuralgia. Dr. Hussein and his staff made me feel very comfortable, reassured me, and gave me confidence in them that they can handle it. Dr. Hussein said that tooth will be out in 10 minutes and it was out in under 5 minutes! I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure (aside from a bit of pinching when administering the freezing) and the days to follow I had no pain or discomfort! This is the best tooth pulling experience I have ever had. I am so glad to be a patient at Trillium Dental and have Dr. Hussein as my dentist. The front reception ladies are very nice and patient, the staff who do the x-rays are wonderful and kind, the staff that assist are amazing and Dr. Hussein I cannot say enough good things about. Trillium is open Saturdays which is very helpful for my work schedule. I got a night guard and the women at the front desk made it effortless to deal with the insurance and pay my share. I also got to keep the model they made of my teeth which to me, is awesome and I can't wait to put it on my bookshelf.

Literally wasted an hour of my life that I'll never get back! I was in pain because of my wisdom tooth and no dentist came to take a look and had no sympathy for my pain. They just wanted my x-ray to be transferred from another dentist and they tried that for 45 mins and I just had to Walk out of there because all they made me do was WAIT!

The extraction was very fast and painless. Everyone was very kind and caring. The office called the next day to see how I was doing. There were no issues with the insurance or any unexpected extra charges that were not covered. My partner was welcome to wait in the waiting room.

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Aadil Shamji and his team, and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, Dr. Shamji managed my treatment with a specific focus on my needs as a client. I asked him all kinds of questions and he not only welcomed them, but also gave me the information I needed to reassure me that my treatment was going according to plan. Although I began with an Invisalign Express treatment plan, I was not entirely satisfied with the initial result, so Dr. Shamji went above and beyond to coordinate getting me more trays at a very minimal cost. The whole team is amazing in terms of their organization and ability to maintain customer satisfaction. Special thanks to Kristina for coordinating with Invisalign, for the tips and tricks she provided me with during treatment, and for the goodies she threw in at the end of my treatment. The one dental hygienist I saw for a cleaning was lovely and left my teeth sparkling clean, but, regrettably, I forgot their name. Lastly, everyone at the front desk was very polite, but Medhavi stood out as she made scheduling all my appointments an absolute breeze and was a pleasure to interact with. Dr Hussein, Jack, and the entire Trillium team are amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating and make every visit an enjoyable one. I recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed and the procedure could not have gone smoother. Dr Hussein was great at answering any questions I had along the way and I had absolutely no pain afterwards. They are so amazing. They did me the biggest favour today. I had the worst pain ever due to a abssessed tooth. They dont take ow but they got me in and pulled it. I wanna thank them so much. I advise everyone to come here. The doctor is so awesome he makes sure you are comfortable. Thank you again

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a couple weeks ago. I was quite nervous for my appointment but the dental assistant and Dr. Oies Hussein were fantastic! They kept me calm and explained the process clearly. In addition, the receptionists are also very helpful. Would definitely recommend 😊

Had to get a filling redone and it was honestly the quickest and easiest process! The doctor made me feel super comfortable and there was barely any pain or discomfort at all!! The numbing agent really did its job if i do say so myself:)
