I love this place! I was very intimidated to start CrossFit as a total beginner. The Elements (intro) class was sooo helpful. They really take care to teach you the foundational movements and make sure you feel comfortable before jumping in. I’ve felt so welcome and supported by the community, coaches and members alike, and the owners are such wonderful people! Every day feels like pushing myself in a very good way and I’m so glad I took this leap here at CFA!!

I've been a member of this gym for many years and I still really love the culture! The workouts are fun, the people are friendly, and the coaches are excellent. The gym changed ownership last year, and it's clear the new owners really care about the member experience. If you're looking for a gym where you can get stronger, stay healthy, and feel safe, give CrossFit Adaptation a try. 😊

Really great gym - Amay and Jim have instilled a positive culture at CrossFit Adaptation. All the coaches at CrossFit Adaptation are there to cheer you on through your best and worst. Their spirit infuses the gym with positivity and energy.

Adaptions is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been too. The space is great and has the best layout out of all the gyms in the area. Additionally the workouts are great and the dynamic warm-up and stretching is by far leaps and bounds ahead of any other gym. When I travel and do drop in WODs I am always shocked at how little stretching they do. I've been doing CrossFit for about 16 years now and I find with Jim and Amy's programming along with their dynamic warm-up focuses a lot on long term fitness. This has led to a significant decrease in the injuries I've experienced. Now in my 40s I seem to be less injury prone than in my 30s thanks to their programming, but in the same shape (still can get a little over 2 minute Grace). The community is also excellent and there are always events going on here such as ski trips, happy hour, pickleball, but also other fitness related events like nutrition coaching, Olympic lifting sessions, etc. If you are looking to join a gym I could not recommend a better one. If your goal is to up your CrossFit game they will help you do it, or, if you are beginner and are just looking to move they will welcome you with open arms. Adaptations will help elevate your fitness game without having the elitist mentality that other gyms have. If you can't tell, I highly recommend.

We are a family that moves every few years so I have been a member of many CrossFit gyms around the country and overseas. Since moving here I have checked out a few different gyms in the area and Adaptation has won me over! The first day the owner, Amy, greeted me and showed me around. One of the coaches, Ryan, who was doing his own workout stopped what he was doing to introduced himself and make me feel welcomed. All the members I’ve chatted with have been super friendly and supportive. I was even told that my kids are welcomed as long as they don’t distract the class. The gym itself is pretty clean and organized for a CrossFit box and there is plenty of free parking ;)I already feel at home at CrossFit Adaptation and I’m looking forward to getting to know the community better!

I go to CrossFit teens at this gym. The environment is very welcoming and the community it’s so friendly. I would recommend signing you or your kid up for classes, kid classes, or teen classes.
