At 51, I had given up on my own health in many ways, but at the same time, I wanted to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. Doug and Kaula certainly helped with this last goal, but the Warrior Faction is about much more than weight loss. I seem to be regaining strength and vigor that I associated with some earlier stage of life; I am also regaining motivation in a way that has given me more drive and clarity of thought for my professional endeavors outside of class. Also, the excruciating back pain for which I was taking meloxicam and considering surgery has been reduced by about 85%. So thank you, Doug and Kaula!
