They call NON stop. I just got three calls back to back after I didn’t answer the first two times. If I don’t answer the first time - don’t call immediately back twice after that. It’s not a great look.

Don’t show any interest in this gym unless you want to be harassed. This includes daily texts and phone calls. I had to send them to voicemail 3 times in a row. They called 3 times back to back! Their marketing is extremely unprofessional and a nuisance.

I’m new to this and still absorbing it all. However, I must say I love it, and I actually look forward to it each session. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve never done anything like this before, so I’m learning and enjoying the process.

Great gym, and Doug and Kaula are amazing. Communication is excellent and they keep me on track with everything I need to succeed on my health journey. The workout times fit with my schedule and the location is also convenient.

I recently started working out at this facility. The trainers are very up close and personal and they take the time to work with me. I really enjoy working with them as they train me.
