The Faction Warrior owner, Doug Mooney, is a good man. He's knowledgeable, patient & always willing to help you achieve your goals. His accountability apps provide daily tracking charts of virtual workouts, progress, achievements, meals, macros, numerous body stats like visceral fat, lean muscle mass, BMI, bone mass, sleep, workouts, activity, appointments, class booking, photos, steps, etc. & it figures out all the macros, calories, etc. for you! The intensity of your workout is up to you, so begginners as well as athletes benefit. The classes are fun & seem to be over shortly after starting! I've lost weight, gained muscle definition, decreased my overall body age by 2 years & made new friends! Less

The Warrior Faction is an amazing place to train and get an awesome workout! Doug is an experienced trainer and ensures that everyone feels welcome, no matter what their experience level is. I always look forward to the classes and each session truly feels like a team working out together. Even with a pre-existing knee injury, I can go at my own pace while getting in a great workout! I’m so glad I found The Warrior Faction! Less

This is my first experience in a Kickboxing Fitness class and I am obsessed. Every class I am able to follow and Doug assists when I need to work on my form. It is a welcoming environment and I have never felt judged, instantly I felt part of the team. Doug sends messages throughout the day to check that I am logging the meals and following the diet and he is always willing to explain and help keep me on the healthy lifestyle path! The kickboxing classes and clean eating has helped my depression, I now find it easier to get out of bed, to get to my kickboxing classes, to work and enjoy my family. I have already lost a couple pounds, inches and it is only my first week! If anyone is on the fence about joining The Warrior Faction or joining the 6 week challenge -I say go for it!!! You will not regret it!!! Less

I have been going here since April and this is the most rewarding and consistent workout I have tried in years. I'm 55 y/o and I've been an athlete most of my life. Doesn't matter your age or fitness. The workout routine standardizes across all ages and fitness levels; and the group we work out with is friendly and supportive. Knock out the bag or just go for speed. Each 2-min drill feels great! Then add some flexibility training and body-weight strength drills on the back side, and you go home feeling great! I love this class! Less
