Taylor Home Improvement renovated my entire building in Westfield. Project was ran and managed by Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the vaulted ceiling touches to the full exterior, we love every bit of it. My ceiling and front doors are off consistent discussion from those in and out of my building.

However, the co-owner personally reached out afterward to sincerely apologize and make things right. I appreciate their accountability, believe this was just an isolated incident, and am absolutely willing to give this otherwise local family-owned company another shot.

When an issue arose with an exhaust fan in our master bath, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to THI to assess and perform the needed repairs.
