we didn't have any repairs made to our home, but had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. we were parked in an old church parking lot next to Taylor Home Improvement, and me and my sister had to pee. Abbi let us in to use the bathroom, and let us stay inside so that we didn't have to sit in 100° weather. my mom said if we ever need any repairs made to the house, we are going to them. thank you so much Abbi, and everybody else with Taylor Home Improvement!

Taylor Home Improvement renovated my entire building in Westfield. Project was ran and managed by Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the vaulted ceiling touches to the full exterior, we love every bit of it. My ceiling and front doors are off consistent discussion from those in and out of my building.

We initially had a communication breakdown that caused a time-sensitive quote to arrive too late for our inspection deadline. However, the co-owner personally reached out afterward to sincerely apologize and make things right. I appreciate their accountability, believe this was just an isolated incident, and am absolutely willing to give this otherwise local family-owned company another shot.
