I held my son’s seventh birthday party event at the facility. I called and talked about the packages and what we could use to facilitate my sons birthday performance in addition to all the other activities that came with the package. When we spoke on the phone we decided to go with the three hour spectacular package for $895. This was supposed to come with the game room, the ninja Warrior course, the Nerf battle and I had asked them about the performance area and we talked about using the gymnasium. he said he would include that as well. his words verbatim were “will let you use the gym”. So I put down my hundred dollar deposit to lock in the date and everything was set. Two weeks later I asked to do a site visit so I met Russell at the facility and he showed me everything. we went to the gym area and I was excited because the gym was the perfect place for the performance and then he told me that the one side was booked and I was caught off guard because I was under the impression that I would have the whole gym. We pivot to a different plan where we would hold the performance in the clubhouse which was significantly smaller but didn’t want to make a big deal out of the gymnasium thing even though it caught me by surprise that he booked it. Not sure if that was a mistake on their end or they just forgot that I was supposed to book it but regardless we moved forward from it and tried to make do with what we had. Fast forward to a week before the party I make another site visit to gather information for my lighting tech for the performance. Me and Russell went upstairs and we looked at the dimensions of the clubhouse and talked about where certain pieces of equipment would go how big the stage was etc. etc. We had discussed coming in a couple hours earlier just to make sure we could set up. he said that was fine. Fast forward to a day before the party I give sports Elite factory a call. Young gentleman picks up the phone and I ask him what is the earliest we can come in to set up. he said that they had another event earlier so that means we couldn’t come in earlier anymore. And of course this was another surprise that caught me off guard and was kind of the last straw in terms of me feeling like my leg kept getting pulled. So I told the young gentleman that I’m a little taken back by all this stuff because my original plan wasn’t even executed the way we had initially talked about it. so the young gentleman put me on the phone with Russell. Russell and I went back-and-forth on what was recollected and ended up in a shouting match which really wasn’t what I wanted to happen. Then Russell apologized and said there was some miscommunication. I told him about me wanting the gym in the beginning and now that it was booked, it was something that threw me off guard. He said, he was going to cancel whatever gymnasium reservation was there and let me have it. Although I didn’t want to kick anybody out , technically he told me that we could have it in the beginning. So of course I took advantage of the offer because now the performance for my son’s party would be in the location that I originally wanted it to be. We spoke for another couple minutes and agreed upon a price which was $2500 for everything. We went from $895 to $2500 just to add the whole gymnasium space for my event. I’m not necessarily complaining about that but I am putting it down for reference. Another thing that happened was my mother and her cousin were sitting down and they overheard the staff talking about how much we had paid and saying that we didn’t pay enough. The words verbatum were” they only paid 2500? WHAT!?? they should have paid more”. Hearing that story from my mom was very discouraging as well. I really do like what they offer but i just can’t say good things in regard to how we were handled. I will say that the event went great. The kids were happy everybody was happy everybody had a good time despite all of the things that happened. Thank you to staff who helped a lot. if you book I’m sure your party will go well too. Less

Fantastic baseball program run by Coach Hugh Dixon. My son has developed his skill set so fast in such a short period of time. Expert level training.

Hosted my son’s 6th Birthday Party here and I would highly recommended. The kids had a great time, Elite Sports was flexible with our guest count and very reasonably priced. Wonderful place to host a party.

Stopped by for an all day sport tournament- the facility was fine, but there are no water fountains. My option was to use warm sink water or pay $3 for a water bottle :(

I have to give this place five stars. I had my son 10th birthday party here and the kids had an awesome time and didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Elite Sports Factory. The staff was great and was very good with the kids and all the activities. We can’t wait to go back.

Plenty for the kids to do, and a party host will lead them through the activities. The time goes by quickly!

My grandson had a great time at his birthday party. They did the nerf battle & ninja course. The 2 teenage boys helping with the party did a good job keeping them in order.

My 10 year old son's birthday party turned out fantastic ! The kids had a ball and were entertained the entire time. The staff and our host were super helpful and friendly, which made for a stress free party. I definitely recommend this location. I know we will certainly be back for some more fun.

This is an incredible facility with unbelievably passionate staff. The complex is new and clean. I’m continuously impressed by the level of energy and compassion displayed by everyone who works here. Our 6 year old looks forward to his baseball training every week, and we’re happy to have him involved in such a great program here.

Elite Sports Factory hosted my son’s 13th birthday and we were not disappointed! We opted in for basketball and the nerf gun battle for a 2 hour time slot and it was perfect! All of his cousins and friends had a blast. The party host was great and everyone was so helpful from beginning to end. Thank you all for a great experience!

We just celebrated our son's 5th birthday at Elite Sports Factory. From start to finish everything was fantastic. The party room was organized when we arrived, the games/ninja course were set up and ready to go, the staff was friendly and the facility was clean and lovely. Two thumbs up!!!

We hosted my sons 5th birthday at Elite Sports Factory this past weekend. We had a wonderful experience using the text system to arrange the party, they called the week of to finalize details and everything the day of was seamless. The venue was clean, organized and a perfect setting for 15 energetic 5 year olds! I just brought the cake and the rest was done! Would HIGHLY reccomend!

We just celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Elite with 16 kids. Amazing experience! Staff was amazing! The room was ready, the activities well organized, and the best part—- kids had an amazing time! All we had to do was show up with the cake. Our food was delivered, waters and juice were included—- Again, 5-star experience, highly recommend.

This is a small facility but it has served my son and daughter well so far. We've used it mainly for basketball.

They have everything you need to get in shape. Volleyball, basketball, baseball, food court. Daughter had a workout for Volleyball in there today and it was great. Very clean professional owner who's involved.

I had my kids Bnai Mitzvah here and Russell was absolutely flexible and amazing from the beginning until the end. ALL the kids had the best time and I would highly recommend them.

Elite sports is pretty cool, my only real gripe is the how slippy the basketball floors are--tho seeing how much they get used idk what they could do other than poly every 3 months or something crazy...

Had my sons birthday party recently here. First time ever visiting here and having a party. Kids had a blast. Plenty of activities for the kids from nerf battles to warrior courses and basketball. Cake room is filled with video games on 10 plus televisions for gaming. Great time my son loved it

My family was invited to a birthday party and finding out that there were issues with the bathrooms. No one could use the bathroom at all. The establishment was not prepared for this party at all. We had a Nerf party there today and everything was great! Staff was friendly and the place was awesome. All the kids loved it! Overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

My 14yo son loves Elite Sports Factory. Nice modern appearance. Knowledgeable staff. Great for baseball players looking to get extra practice.

We had a birthday here and the staff couldn't have been nicer, they handled everything from the setup and food to cleanup. We did a nerf/ninja party, everything was super clean and the kids had a great time, plus the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it for a birthday party!

We had my sons birthday party here, our gender reveal, and now my boyfriend trains here throughout the week as well. The staff is so amazing and it truly is great for so many occasions!

The place just opened up so they are just getting organized. The facility was very nice and so are the people.
