We engaged Fresh Group in November for marketing posters and signage, with the work promised to be completed within one to two weeks. The invoice was paid in full by the end of November.Unfortunately, more than a month later, the work has still not been completed. We experienced repeated delays with different reasons provided, including weather-related excuses, despite multiple follow-ups.As a business, this level of delay after full payment is disappointing and unprofessional. Clear timelines were agreed to at the start but were not honoured.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Fresh Group for time-sensitive or business-critical work.
