Kaye is absolutely brilliant, a master at creating neuro affirming spaces for people to safely challenge and develop themselves. I have been working with Kaye for more than 8 months and I have been able to break a cycle of burnout and find a better balance. I have also attended a number of Kayes workshops, which have been equally brilliant and beneficial. Kaye is full of kindness, encouragement, inspiration, wisdom and new ways of looking at things and creates a nurturing safe space to connect with others in the group sessions I have been doing. I hope to do more work with Kaye as I figure out how to move forwards after realising that ADHD is what has been causing me so many problems, as well as Autism. At last there are some answers and a new, more authentic way for me to try being me!
