Very easy process with quick and smooth communication from scheduling all the way to pick up. The gentleman who drove the truck was professional and kind. Northside was a great company to work with. They were professional, friendly, and super helpful. They were great with responding right away anytime we texted, and with communicating all the information we needed to complete the transaction. Plus they were patient about any timing issues that popped up on our end. Even came on a Saturday afternoon. They paid top dollar for our vehicle and their driver was great at his job, friendly and very efficient. The whole process was quick and easy, and ended with the car gone and cash in hand. I highly recommend them.
