Excellent experience! When I didn't think I'd be able to coordinate a ride to the impound lot at the exact same time the custodian was available to meet the tow driver... Northside Salvage told me I could simply bring in my title/keys into their office ahead of time & they would schedule the pickup directly with the Impound custodian from there. The next day I received a text saying the car was picked up & they mailed me my check/ bill of sale. Northside Salvage made a stressful situation incredibly easy. Highly recommend!
