The mechanical grinder ensures that the new resin will micromechanically bond to the floor, this was not the case in the previous service in which the coating popped up where the tires rested in each space. Two days later Tag, the quality control person came by to touch up and areas to ensure adequate and even protection. These photos were taken immediately after the touch up was performed.The only thing better than the quality is the service! Less

Pictures speak louder than words. But, let me also say- it was great working with this company. Trustworthy, smart, explained the process very well. We had water seeping into the slab from an underground during rains and snow. They prepped the concrete and put on a sealer with a lifetime warranty. It’s amazing!

My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a new home. We decided we would like to seal the garage floor but knew nothing about the process, where to start, or who to contact. After some google searching, I found Garage Force of Snohomish County and decided to give them a call for just a quote. Jeremy spoke with me for at least 15 minutes, detailing the process, time needed, when it would be best to schedule movers afterwards since we wanted this done first, and overall had a great chat with him. His final words on that call were what stuck with me, he said that whomever we chose to make sure they did grinding in the prep work and not an acid clean, as he stated the grinding allowed it to adhere better (if I recall correctly, Jeremy would know best). After speaking with my wife, we decided to use Garage Force and we were not disappointed. Jeremy was always polite and professional, communicated well, answered any questions, and was prompt and on-time the day of install. GarageForce made the best case for the quality and durability of their process. The bonus was a lifetime warranty that other epoxy vendors were not offering. After a site visit and very reasonable estimate they were able to schedule us for installation. Delays from drywall work kept us from keeping our original install date but they were able to adapt easily. The crew came out precisely at the time scheduled and got to work promptly.They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job on time the same day despite the rain that plagues us in the winter. The final result is everything promised. Flawlessly installed with enough tooth to the floor to ensure a relatively no-slip surface without losing the gloss. HIGHLY recommend this company. They’re thorough, well priced, locally owned and the newly coated/ repaired garage floors gave us a new garage in our 1960s home. We received quotes from two other garage floor epoxy companies. Garage Force of Snohomish was the way to go - no doubt.
