Two days later Tag, the quality control person came by to touch up and areas to ensure adequate and even protection. Jeremy spoke with me for at least 15 minutes, detailing the process, time needed, when it would be best to schedule movers afterwards since we wanted this done first, and overall had a great chat with him. His final words on that call were what stuck with me, he said that whomever we chose to make sure they did grinding in the prep work and not an acid clean, as he stated the grinding allowed it to adhere better (if I recall correctly, Jeremy would know best). After speaking with my wife, we decided to use Garage Force and we were not disappointed. Jeremy was always polite and professional, communicated well, answered any questions, and was prompt and on-time the day of install. Jeremy and his team were extremely thorough, detail oriented, and didn’t miss a spot. They finished in a day as promised and the garage floor looks beautiful! Delays from drywall work kept us from keeping our original install date but they were able to adapt easily. The crew came out precisely at the time scheduled and got to work promptly.They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job on time the same day despite the rain that plagues us in the winter. The final result is everything promised. Flawlessly installed with enough tooth to the floor to ensure a relatively no-slip surface without losing the gloss.
