This was my second move with Jaguar Movers and once again I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. A move that should have been 2-3 hours (at least in my opinion) ended up being 5 hours and 22 minutes. When I saw the bill for a move that was less than 4 miles, I almost burst into tears. But those guys had worked so hard, I couldn’t imagine hassling them over the cost. They earned every penny. I reached out to them to schedule an upcoming move via phone and I spoke with Kyle who then sent me a quote via email. The date and time was confirmed via email for Friday 7/26 with an arrival window of 11am-5pm. I wasn't super excited for a big window like that but I know I needed to be flexible since I was the "second move of the day". The day before, I got a email asking me to confirm my appointment so I called and spoke to a man (I think his name was Jay, but I'm not sure). I asked if I could get a better idea for arrival time since it was within 24 from my move. He told me after their first job, they would get some lunch and then call me so to expect a call around 2-3pm. Friday came and I moved a small amount by myself and got all that settled and waited for someone to call me. At 2:37 I called the office and asked if anyone was close to calling me. I was told he would call dispatch and then call me back with an update. At 3:58 after not hearing a peep, I called back only to be told I wasn't on the schedule for today but tomorrow! I tried to not loose my cool but I wasn't successful. I wasted hours sitting at my new apartment waiting for a phone call since I had to be close to the storage unit to meet them there. I pulled up up emails between Kyle and I and the confirmation email. Kyle's email has 7/26 11-5 window and the confirmation email has 7/27 11-5 window. After getting off the phone with whoever I was speaking with at the office, I got a call about 2 mins after stating "we're 8 mins away, is that okay?" Uhhhh I live 18 mins away from my storage unit! I am grateful though that they didn't start the clock until I arrived there. After the two young mean moved me into my new apartment, they didn't seem to want to put together my furniture. I thought this was part of the service I paid for? I even asked Kyle if they would bring tools to the job or not. Granted, I was moving from a storage unit and everything was already taken apart and wrapped, but I needed help with my dinning room table, recliner and bedroom set. When he brought out the clip board to finish the contract, I had to ask for them to put together my recliner and and he said "I guess we can do that before we leave." Overall, nothing broke or was damaged and the kids moving me were fine, but I was not happy with my overall experience. I'm not satisfied with this move. I am not happy that I wasted hours sitting and waiting for a phone call that would never have come if I had not called to follow up - TWICE. Less

My fiance recently left for the airforce and hired this moving company for me so I may have a relaxing move. However, this did not end up being the case. For context, I am a 5'1 girl and was alone 90% of the time with this man in my home during a vulnerable time of my life as i moved homes, so for what happened next, it was disturbing to say the least. I mentioned several times that i had a fiance, but this man still proposed a "sneakylink" to me behind my fiances back. Not only did he say this to me while alone, asking i kept it a secret, but he even sent it via text to my personal phone! It's extremely unprofessional to use your clients contact information for personal intents, as I had not given him ny phone number directly. At the end, after making it clear i was uncomfortable with those advances, he kept pushing for a tip, and at one point took my phone to begin a 5 star review for himself. I was nervous being alone in my home with him, and he would not leave until he got the review and tip via cashapp. I did not feel comfortable tipping after that inappropriate interaction, but again I was alone and felt unsafe saying no, since his whole demeanor changed after I set that boundary and he was between me and the door. I still had to move several things myself that they had left, and paying someone by the hour and seeing them sitting on their phones doesn't sit right with me either. Sometimes they'd bring down a box or two and be gone nearly 20 minutes, making the experience even worse than i ever imagined it could be. I felt intimidated, extorted, taken advantage of and pressured into tipping after all of that, and it made my total come out to be somewhere around the $750 mark altogether. Paying that much money while you're scared to be in your own home because a man is making unwanted advances towards you because he knows you're alone is horrifying and left me feeling awful after the interaction. I tried to say I'd tip after I got my check, trying to get him to just leave, but he would not leave until he received one. I sent $50/each and then he did the review and finally left, to my relief. I am attaching screenshots of the inappropriate text he sent me stating I save his number "for those lonely nights, our secret" for reference and proof. I'd like if someone from the company could please contact me regarding this issue so it does not need to be escalated beyond this point. Taking advantage of women while they're alone is dangerous and I can't sleep at night knowing he could do that to someone else. Please have someone reach out to me. Less

Speaking of mattress, they recommend you have a mattress wrap. I bought one, but it doesn’t matter since they let it sit halfway off in the container and put their sweat all over my mattress. Also found a washer that helps hold my dresser together left in my room after they left. Based off the way everything was packed, I’m fully expecting to find some broken items when I get the container at my new location in a couple of weeks. I’ve had better service at a lower price in Jacksonville. Wouldn’t recommend. Less

This company lacks integrity. I filed claim after the movers broke my TV and lamp. The “claims” department never returned calls or paid for my items. The next step in the process is to seek legal action.

I used this company's moving services on 5/10/2024 to move my furniture and items from my old apartment to my new apartment 2 MINUTES AWAY. As my TV is a 55' samsung and cost $750, I even purchased a $30 moving TV box from Home Depot for it to be transported in to avoid any damages. Since I have made my claim, this company has been slow and shady. IT HAS BEEN A ENTIRE MONTH AND I HAVENT HEARD ANY PRODUCTIVE FROM THIS COMPANY.This is totally unacceptable. Be aware before you book because if they break something, it is hell getting reimbursed for the damage they caused! At this point, i would like a full refund. Less

And also chipped my concrete at the front door where they just let it slide down leaving gashes right at my door. I promptly filed a claim. I have spent my lunch breaks meeting their vendors and then never hearing a peep back from Jaguar moving. I feel like they are ghosting me and wasting my time. I was more than patient before writing this review, but after many attempts I’ve lost my patience. My wood floors look terrible and they don’t seem to care.
