Went to one of the open mats on Friday, and it was my first time visiting another gym for open mat. I was a bit hesitant at first, but everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Team Osiris, very family oriented place amazing teachers and great classes to learn from I tried out for the Muay Thai definitely gave me a good workout. I felt like I burned a lot of calories also did jujutsu and it was really fun. Feel like I learned so much just from one class I would definitely train here.

Team Osiris is a great gym lead by some amazing instructors! I tried to women’s class and open mat on a Friday and learned some great technique and had great rolls with some kind training partners. I def recommend you coming to train at Team Osiris!

JT is one of the most technical coaches out there im glad I came back this guy teaches you the fundamentals of Muay Thai which is very issential I have been out for a year but coming back proved to be the best decision I feel more fluid with my striking and kicking all thanks to him🙌🏾💪🏾

Choosing Team Osiris for our son has been one of the best decisions we've made. Our experience has been nothing but positive from the very beginning. Our son attends their Pre-K Kids (Ages 3–5).Professor Stephanie and Professor Robert do an amazing job keeping the kids engaged while teaching them confidence, discipline, and respect. We are so thankful for the positive environment they have created. They are patient, encouraging, and genuinely care about each child. We have already seen growth in him in such a short time, and we can't wait to see how much more he continues to learn and grow.
