My patio gets very hot from the sun. I decided on getting a retractable awning and received 4 estimates. Ship Shape awning quote was the cheapest. You know how people say beware of the cheapest. I was, but they proved that saying is not always accurate. On the first day after installation I had a problem with a bad motor. They replaced it 3 days later and I enjoyed the patio during Memorial Day 2024. The install guy Vinnie ensured that I enjoyed the holiday. Great job. Less

Ship shape was amazing from the time they came out to give me a quote to the time it was installed was less than one week. Also, the negative reviews are related to the old ownership, to the point where the new owner is trying to make up for some of the issues with the previous owner, even though it’s not her responsibility. I understand the motorized retractable tuff screens will be expensive, but they are soooooo my favorite, and will be worth every single penny spent!
