Obsessed! This is the only place I will go for treatments. Kelsey is super talented and her main focus is ensuring everything looks very natural. She's an absolute master at filler, especially under eyes which are so tricky. She spends lots of time with you talking about your goals and what would be most effective. I now have multiple friends booking with her because they didn't realize I had had anything done-they just thought my skin looked great. I also feel like the prices are very competitive. I went in to see Dr Maynard after months of waffling about whether or not I should get lip filler. I’ve always liked my lips, but wondered if I’d be happier with a little bit of extra volume. Immediately, he put me at ease and talked to me about my goals. I love how their team takes a “slow and steady” approach to injections, and they are almost certainly some of the most educated and talented injectors around. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am that I decided to come to Real Aesthetic Med Spa. 1000% will be back!! Less
