I meant to give 5 stars to the staff especially to Katie, Gina, and Amy. They are super friendly. And may I know who is the person responding to these comments?

Joining Glastonbury kickboxing is hands down the best decision of my life. I’ve surrounded myself with people who motivate me to be my best self and are all about positive energy. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family. I’ve learned not only how to lose weight but to keep it off as well. I am so grateful for finding this place and certainly can’t ever imagine my life without it!

Been going to GKB for 6 years now and love the great workout plan. Partnering up on a bag is awesome and feels great when someone motivates you to keep going to get to the finish line. If you're looking to get in shape and meet new friends you won't be disappointed at GKB.

The coach did an excellent job. To attract and retain more participants, I suggest offering more affordable packages, particularly for teenagers. The weekly fee of $40 can be a bit steep, but providing smaller, more affordable packages would be beneficial. Overall, it's a great program.

As a former Kickboxer Instructor myself, I can honestly say Glastonbury Kickboxing is one of the best work out places I have ever experienced.

All the coaches at Glastonbury Kickboxing are inspiring! They know every member by name, offering encouraging shoutouts and helpful tips throughout class. They genuinely motivate you to push beyond your limits, even when you feel like giving up. The high-energy music, engaged instructors, and fist bumps from my classmates make this class my top workout choice!

Maria’s a great coach! (As are all of the instructors) She really gets the energy up in the class and I feel like I always push myself harder when she’s the instructor
