Honestly I couldn’t imagine bringing my pets anywhere else! I’ve had a horrible incident with a previous doggy daycare and golden paws reassured me that none of those incidents would happen. For the last year they always had mine and my dogs best interest at heart and have always communicated with me if needed. Truly the best daycare for your dogs and wouldn’t recommend any other place!! We absolutely loved Golden Paws and their care for our dog. They are friendly, they take the time to talk to you in person, phone or email if there are any questions. We did have an issue with our pup and were asked to pick him up early one day. He just wasn’t in the mood to play. We picked him up as requested and communicated a couple times via email, but when asked if we could try again we didn’t get a response. We since have taken him elsewhere (not every week, maybe every other) and have had no issues. He simply was having a bad day and we feel the reaction by them may have been a bit of an overreaction and wish they would have been willing to work with us a bit more. That said, we will always recommend them as a great daycare. Less
