⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our family recently used UNITS of Northern Virginia as part of a local move, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.Moving is stressful, but the team at UNITS made the process remarkably smooth. Communication was excellent throughout. Every delivery and pickup was scheduled in advance, confirmed the day before, and followed by a courtesy call approximately 45 minutes before arrival. Most importantly, they showed up exactly when they said they would, every single time.I would like to specifically recognize Vincent, Jonathan, and Otis for their professionalism and customer service. They delivered and picked up our containers on schedule, handled everything carefully, and were courteous and easy to work with. Their reliability gave us confidence that an important part of our move was being handled by professionals who genuinely cared about their customers.Kris and the office staff were also responsive, accommodating, and helpful whenever questions arose. The entire organization demonstrated a level of communication and follow-through that is becoming increasingly rare.The containers were clean, the pricing was transparent, and the scheduling flexibility helped our family coordinate a complex move with minimal stress. The containers themselves were in very good shape and the E-track system was great for securing our stuff. We were in a tight bind as our garage roof was leaking and bent. We needed to clear out our tools, equipment, and supplies so they metal garage could be replaced. We reached out to UNITS and Kris was able to get us a UNIT in less than a day. The UNIT was very clean and nice. Delivery was flawless as well. We had Units move our daughter out of Arlington to another VA city and they did an EXCELLET job. From the beginning of talking to Kris to the end of the move, it would not have been better. Communication with Kris was immediate, friendly and efficient. Then we had Marco, Miguel and Emerson do the heavy moving and they worked so hard, quick and careful. Not a piece was damaged nor a wall nicked. Everything was done with care and expertise. And the price was so very reasonable. We had arrangements with a big name storage company and they changed the date at the last minute to the following week. I had noticed someone in our area that had a few Units pods in their yard so I called the company. I was pleasantly surprised that my call was answered by a person and even better was how helpful and personable Kris was. She had the unit delivered the next day at half the delivery and monthly fee the other company was going to charge. The delivery driver, Eddie, called on his way and was very nice to work with. He went over the few details and asked if we had any questions. We are very thankful we found Units storage and highly recommend them.
