Ryan and his team were more than helpful and patient with me. When I first came, I had not worked out in quite a bit it time. I appreciate the staff taking the time to understand my personal needs and goals and answering any questions I had during the process. If you are looking for an affordable option to meet your work out goals I would definitely recommend!

I love my personal trainings sessions here! The goal setting call with Coach Ryan was helpful in creating the foundation at the outset, and Coach Bri is phenomenal to work with. I appreciate that she always check my form during each exercise and set. Would recommend!

I saw an advertisement for APF promoting a 6 week challenge for women over 40 and thought I should look into that. From the moment I first inquired APF has been nothing but attentive and supportive. As a mom of two young toddlers, I have struggled with weight loss and finding the time to take care of my health and wellness. I came across an APF 6-week challenge ad while scrolling on Instagram, and made the decision to join December 2023. With joining right before the holidays, I wondered if I was setting myself up for failure (I LOVE to eat!!!) The APF staff was/is very encouraging, supportive, and kept me accountable. The owner, Coach Ryan is super knowledgeable, energetic, nice, and present - he truly cares about client results and client satisfaction! Coach Bri and Coach Valentina are AMAZING, come up with great workouts, and challenge me in different ways! In the past I have always struggled with being consistent with working out, but since committing to working out 2-3x a week at APF, I have lost 15 lbs, I have gained muscle, lost a significant amount of body fat, I am eating healthier, and getting stronger and stronger week by week! You don’t fee judged at all. There is no unhealthy competition, and everyone gets a workout tailored to what they need. Since I started working out at APF I've had the pleasure of working with several of the trainers and I love that they are flexible and always willing to help me meet my goals, no matter what may happen in life. I appreciate my personal trainer, Valentina, as well as Bre who work together as a team while still giving, their clients the individual attention that we need to build for success. The tools that are available such as the InBody, and the APF app, along with the fitness classes and challenges are also great to help track progress and identify areas that I can improve on. When i leave after my sessions I lightweight hate my trainer and the pain she causes....but it is of course a good hurt and its only temporary. When I ask at the beginning of my session for my trainer to "show me no mercy", she delivers and I'm motivated to keep pushing even though I might want to give up. I'm always excited to feel the progress materialize. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results....I lost 25 of the 85 lbs during my weight loss journey working with Ryan and the Atlanta Personal Fitness family and i definitely have to say that the experience has been phenomenal. Updating this review considering my recent interaction with the owner… Anyone responding to their Instagram ad please be aware that you’re asked to pay a 600$ fee as a “credit” for future classes. It is not 6weeks free as advertised on Instagram. I had no problem paying this as I fully intended on staying at this gym indefinitely however when I couldn't become a member communication began to lack and my payment was not returned I also learned that all phone calls are illegally recorded. Please beware. Review updated to 2 stars because Coach aBarbra was fantastic however this last interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth. Less

I started at APF in August and still love it! I go 3 times a week and love the variety of the workouts. My coach, Bri, switches it up every 4 weeks, so it doesn’t get boring. In the past I have struggled with varying kinds of disordered eating that completely warped my perspective on what healthy exercise is supposed to be. With this background knowledge in mind, the team at APF has come up with a dynamic approach in helping me get to where I need to be. I started working with the APF team back in January 2023 and am in disbelief at how far I have come in my mindset. I’ve learned that your fitness journey is one the ebbs and flows but as long as you’re consistent, you’re doing a great job. My workouts have been mainly with Bri Murphy and to put it into perspective, I started out hip thrusting 85lbs and am now at a PR of around 400lbs… suffice to say, she’s incredible. Additionally, the community that’s constantly growing within the members of the gym is just the cherry on top. I came to APF nearly two months ago, spending most of my days exhausted and completely frustrated with my PCOS symptoms. I highly recommend APF! It took me a moment to decide at first about the 6week challenge, after my consultation with Ryan . (Of course had to think about the investment) . But I took a chance and it was one of the best decisions I could have made on my health journey . The environment is clean , and all the trainers are excellent. Also the owner Ryan . Great energy from everyone . Last year , I did the 6 weeks & killed it 🙌🏽 , and then I signed up for another 3 months as a member . I took a break after month 4 .. to try and train on my own .. The best gym hands down ! From nutrition to workouts.. I love my trainer Coach Barber however all of the trainers are great! My mindset about food and motivation has definitely changed since starting here! The whole staff is phenomenal and very educated on fitness and nutrition. Definitely join !

Signed for FREE class. When I got there was proposed to pay $700 security deposit that I could “earn” back being a client. I don’t like the word play. Wasted my gas coming to orientation. Definitely false advertisement. Demeanor changed when he realized I wasn’t interested in the $700 fee.

It is wonderful to work with Ryan. Workout space is well equipped and neat. It’s a fun and high energy place. It’s nice to hve those cute dogs around during workout. Best work out classes, I'm not a gym girl or even an active person but I wanted to get in shape and Ryan and Bri were such a good choice. It's a very non- intimidating setting and I felt within a month I saw a difference. would recommend to anyone who's been wanting to get in shape and is anxious on how to get started.
This was my first time going to someone for strength training and it was awesome. Briana and Ryan are so knowledgeable about alternating exercises and their full body workouts are great. Ryan and his team at Atlanta Personal Fitness run a great operation. They provide excellent services that support a wide range of fitness needs. What I like in particular is their mobility training that helps with injuries. Not many gyms have services that cater to this type of need. So, stop and really think about this: Your values determine your choices, which determine your behaviors, which significantly contributed to the situation you’re in now. Therefore, recalibrating your values will bring the tangible results you want to see and experience in your life. Good stuff, right? Breakthroughs also help you grow new neurological pathways and increase the complexity of your thinking. This is good because it allows you to make connections and identify possibilities you missed before. Who wouldn’t want that? I’m super excited I was able to invest in myself in this way. Ryan helped me identify what I really want and put me on the fast track to achieving that goal.
