I have worked with many vendors during my 20 year career in marketing and have never worked with one that has such TERRIBLE communication. It started out fine, but as soon as we paid the down payment, everything slowed down. I made several trips to their building just to talk to someone about the progress of our signs because they would not answer phone calls or emails. They repeatedly said they would call or email with information by a certain date or time and never did.When our signs finally arrived for installation, we declined them due to scratches on the aluminum, bubbles in the vinyl, etc. They were apologetic and said they would recreate the signs since they couldn't be fixed. I will give them credit for owning their mistakes and knowing they should be better, but they never improved.Communication during the remakes was again TERRIBLE. After two months of trying to get information, several trips to talk to people, I finally asked for my deposit back. I was told it would be sent immediately. After over a month of following up, they finally credited our card. They had the project for over eight months and we have nothing to show for it.That recap is a very simplified version of events showing the lack of communication from BMS. I have never written a Google review and I am honestly baffled by their 5.0 rating.
