We recently had our pool installed by Fizer Pools, and overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The timeline took a little longer than expected, but the end result was absolutely worth it. The crew did excellent work — they were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.The pool looks great, all the equipment was hooked up perfectly, and the concrete work turned out amazing. Even though we’re a bit farther away in Holland, MI, they were always responsive and quick to help whenever something came up.You can tell Fizer Pools is a smaller, family-run company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I feel confident knowing that if anything ever comes up in the future, I can count on them to help. Highly recommend!

Not only did Fizer Pools install our pool 6 years ago in a professional and timely manner, but has given us great customer service and support ever since. Specifically, Jim has always responded quickly every time we call or text. They are a stand up local company. I would recommend them for all things pool related.

Wow! I had the pleasure of working with Fizer Pools last summer. My sand filter was having issues and after hearing positive experiences from other community members, I thought I'd take a chance with them instead of the company I was working with. Communication was top notch, from the office gal to my service technician. Red called before he arrived and he was both professional and helpful while he was here. As luck would have it, I ended up needing my pump replaced (pretty sure one of my kids dropped a screw in the filter while I was cleaning the basket). Since it was nearly the end of the season, I decided to table the issue with my sand filter. They had the necessary part in their truck and it was installed promptly. The price was more than fair, as well. I was so impressed, I decided to ask them to take over opening and closing my pool. It might sound weird, but I'm thankful and excited to have them taking care of my pool. Bring on summer! 🙂

If you own a pool... these guys deserve your phone call! Just bought our home, and wasn't sure how to close our new pool. They came out, took care of everything and left it looking great! They are great people, and will give you the best experience!
