I got there a little late because of a police blockaded street, the guy was just locking up but actually waited so I could wash my dog at the doggie park, which was nicer than most bark part dog washes as it hat a wash basin and hot water

Great Gym to work for ! Very knowledgeable trainers. Great place for one on one training especially for injury prevention and restorative work on injured areas of the body.

Amazing community gym. Owners are amazing and always around. Never overly crowded and has awesome workout classes you can attend or open gym to train on your own. They also have tons of fun “outside of gym” events. Highly recommend!!
