Customer service that will never be matched. A week ago we made a trip to Mille lacs, which just so happened to be during Nittis perch party, the fishing for ducks event, and a few others, meanwhile my brand new ion auger decided to stop working that I bought a week prior. As I’m eagerly scrolling Facebook marketplace to try and find someway to save my trip I reached out of Wayne at the bait shop and asked if he happened to rent an auger for some reason, he got back to me in two minutes and said to stop at the shop and he will get me taken care of. He of course did and I can’t thank him enough. From pulling me out of drifts or shooting me a road to my shack the day before I’d be up there, back when I had a wheelhouse. I’m Always reminded why I go out of my way to spend my money here. Thank you again if you stumble across this!

A great morning out on Lake Mille Lacs! Our captain put us right on the fish despite a considerable amount of wind out on the lake. Between the two of us we caught 14 fish, 11 walleye (4 over 18 inches!) and 3 small mouth bass. Lots of action and a whole lot of fun! Highly recommend booking with Garrison Bait and Tackle!

The Launch outing was a blast! Captain Mason and Captain Brett were awesome! This was a family friendly fun trip! Caught a huge fish! Highly recommend for a family outing, girls trip, guys trip, etc…

Our heater went out and Garrison answered a phone call at 10pm to get us a new heater. Everywhere was closed and we were looking at -10 temps the next day. They saved our a**! The service was A+++. Thank you!!!!

Staff is amazing! They are very helpful and point you on the right direction to catch a bunch of walleye. Their bait is top notch with the best selection around. Wayne was more than happy to come rescue me when I was about 4 miles out and my wheeler died after dark. He towed me in and even after getting stuck for about 20 minutes he did not complain at all. He was more than happy to help us out and did not want to make an extra charge for his services. I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend this place! Great customer service! I called on a Friday night asking if I could pay for some bait over them phone and for them to just leave the bait outside for me as I wouldn’t make it to the shop before it closed for the evening, they told me that that would stay open for me until I got there, and they did just that!!!
