We are so grateful to Harford Roofing! We got quotes from several well-regarded, locally-owned contractors to replace our front door and transom window in Baltimore City. We knew it would be a big job because our rowhome door and framing was old, and we wanted to do a custom color door. Our sales rep Zach at Harford was incredibly helpful, he was the only contractor who provided an accurate quote **during** our initial appointment, answered our questions (or got answers and followed up quickly!) and updated the quote as we discussed the scope of work. The communication was the best of any company we asked for a quote, by far! (Some never even sent us a real quote after coming for an appointment)We were able to sign the contract and make our deposit payment all online, so easily. The lead time for the door was about 8 weeks long, which we knew from the start, but as soon as it arrived to their shop and was checked for quality, the Harford team called me to schedule the installation for a few days later. The install team was right on time at 9am, and completed the job so quickly they were gone by the early afternoon. They were courteous, polite, and professional the entire time. They were even careful enough to ask if they could move our Christmas tree over so they had more room to work without breaking anything. The owner Shawn came by to ensure we were happy with the project and that everything had gone smoothly. The work area was cleaned up before they left, everything hauled away, and like nothing had ever happened!Thanks to Harford for a great experience!
