Scott was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable about the product and how we could save money. Explained everything to where things made since. He listened to my questions and the explanation he gave had sense and put me at ease. We did have another company show up at the house. All they did was confuse me. He said they were connected to the electric company. I called they and was informed that there was no connection. This is a good and honest company.Thanks Scott for you help and understanding.

I’m a little late but Tru Fuse, Brett, Riley and the rest of the Tru-Fuse crew were excellent. I was dead in the water. The company I got solar from went belly up and the people it shifted to eventually ghosted me.I reached out to Brett in December opened up with honesty. Even though it was a slim chance, since I had to reapply to OGE to restart the project, he told me there was the possibility of it being rejected and losing the money I paid for to that point. Even though it was a slim chance, being fully informed when looking at a loss was much appreciated and set us off on the right foot.We got started and it was approved. Not much to say after this since it was pretty much smooth sailing aside from OGE since they really are the bottleneck. A good sign true professionals. Communication was exchanged in timely manner, appointments met, and excellent work. Got hooked up in June again the slowest part was OGE. They salvaged my opinion of solar, and next time(yes because of them I would still do it again) I know who to go to right off the bat. Thank you Tru Fuse! The payoff for going solar might have only slid a bit considering OGE’s recent price increases.

I was in desperate need of a repair to our solar panels. The 3 companies I talk with told me their service fee and then never called back. This went on for a month. I finally called TruFuse and left a message. What a difference! A gentleman names Brando called me back the same day. He listened to the problem and my saga with the previous companies. He gave me the number of the person to call to set up the service call. It was scheduled 2 days after the call at a time that was convenient for us.In the end, we went with another company. When I called Brando to tell him, he was gracious and just as kind as he was when we first spoke. It was so refreshing to work with a truly caring person with moral integrity. Thank you Brando!
