I was really apprehensive about having my eyebrows done as I wanted them to look really natural. I have felt like I am disappearing somewhat as I have got a bit older and not been feeling very positive about myself. I had visited a few other make up artists to discuss brows before but not really felt confident that I would get something that looked natural. A friend of mine recommended Claire to me and her brows are fabulous and so I thought I would have a chat with her. I needn’t have worried. My initial chat with claire immediately put me at ease. She just seemed to get how I felt and what I wanted. On the day of the appointment she took time to listen to what I wanted and my worries and talked me through the whole process before we even went into her studio, which is spotless and light and airy. She took time to draw my new brow shape onto my face using careful measurements and adjusted them until I was happy. We then spent time finding the right colour using her knowledge of how the colours would look at their end result. Claire took time to do my brows and I felt totally safe in her hands. We had a really great chat about getting older, teenagers and a whole breadth of other topics. It really put me at ease (so much so I think I nodded off at one point - not whilst we were in the middle of a conversation I hasten to add!) The end result was quite dark but Claire assured me that they would fade by about 30-40%. Within a few days I had gotten used to them and now in their final form I love them. It was only when I saw the before and after photos that I realised just how sparse my eyebrows had become. I now absolutely love how they look and can’t imagine going back to the before look. I really only have to throw a bit of mascara on and feel fine to go out now. It really has balanced out my face. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends to Claire and I am so glad I used her services. I will be back when I next need a top up. Less

Yes, initially the brows are very prominent and I did panic a bit afterwards but reminded myself that it was just a phase and the colour will fade and settle. I have just had my touch-up appointment - Claire went over them again although they hardly needed it. Friends who are in the know love the shape. I experienced only a very slight discomfort during the styling, but afterwards I followed the care instructions to the letter and they healed beautifully without any problems. I always used to wear makeup every day and trying to draw them on quickly before work while not being able to see properly in the mirror was a nightmare. I don’t wear much make up so felt a bit self conscious at first but everyone thought they looked really natural, despite them being obviously far more pronounced than I was used to. So thrilled with the results of my eyebrows tattoo. I am a dark blonde and the colour used was perfect . Claire took so much care in choosing the right colour . I lost most of my eyebrows through cancer medication and this has restored my confidence. I might be 74 but still desire to look smart. Thin eyebrows are very aging!

I recently had my eyebrows permanently enhanced by Claire. Her studio was clean, bright and welcoming - as was she ! We started off by discussing the shape and density of my dream eyebrows - I had over plucked in the 1990s so was left with a skinny line of hair that I pencilled in every morning … Claire set to work drawing my new eyebrow shape onto my face using some very precise measurements. I approved the shape and then came the permanent drawing! I laid on a very comfortable bed whilst Claire delicately drew on individual strands of hair to replace my long lost ones ! The process took around an hour and at the end I had a superb pair of perfect brows ! I was seriously impressed. The aftercare was straight forward - a cream to apply for a couple of days - and basically no touching or water onto the eyebrow area for a week or so. I was expecting some scabs and itching - this was actually very, very minimal. A month later I went back for the follow up where the shape was tweaked and made slightly denser. I honestly have to say - I LOVE MY NEW EYEBROWS !!! I feel ‘done’ even when I have no make up on. When they fade in a year or so I will be back for a top up. Best thing ever to have done , if like me, you got tweezer happy in the past or fancy a fuller, more modern shape. Thanks so much Claire !! Less
