Great gym with good equipment, knowledgable coaches, and welcoming people. I've never done cross-fit before, I'm over 50, and I was made to feel comfortable and able to participate from day 1.

The trainers here are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The community is very supportive and welcoming. We even do events outside of the CrossFit classes like paintball. It is super easy to start. I like the one week free trial. Travis, the owner, is great to work with and helps with nutrition.

CrossFit TTG is truly a hidden gem in the Raleigh area! I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found this place. From day one, my experience has been nothing but positive.On my first day, I met Travis who spent time giving me a few one-on-one sessions to help prevent injuries and make sure I was doing movements correctly. He asked about any knee or leg pain and suggested specific stretches based on my situation. He also helped correct my posture during workouts, which really boosted my confidence starting out.The group sessions are amazing as well. All the coaches are very attentive, constantly observing and guiding everyone throughout the workout to ensure proper form and safety. The members are incredibly friendly and supportive, which creates a very motivating environment.A big thank you to all the coaches for building such a welcoming and encouraging community. I genuinely look forward to going there every day, meeting great people, and having fun while getting stronger. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating CrossFit gym!

Just experienced my first Crossfit class with Emily and I loved it. I felt comfortable asking questions and being new. Everyone in the class was very supportive and helpful. Definitely looking forward to future classes in working with Emily.

*See update below first paragraph.Excellent gym. I workout at various venues in the area, boxing, aerobics, structured classes. Joining TTG has been a great decision for me. I just finished a personal training course (4 classes) with Emily Northup, she is excellent - focused, friendly, professional, funny and dedicated to you. I always felt like I got a good workout with her but also constant feedback on form and technique which is critical for CrossFit. Travis the owner is very engaged in your health, fitness and nutrition. They have a large space, lots of parking and are in a good location near stores for pre/post workout needs. The staff have a community feel and the folks I’ve met all get along, some have been here for years. It is a good solid gym that I highly recommend.*Update - I had to move away from the area, I miss TTG, it was an excellent gym for a first time cross-fit person (I was doing Title boxing before). Travis and his team are serious about your fitness, they make sure you do things correctly, safety and technique is critical to them as this stuff can hurt you if done wrong. TTG gym is huge, very large format, the owner, Travis, is onsite everyday, he's very engaged, plus he's a community guy, so you see folks with their kids, dogs show up. It was a great experience that I highly recommend. TTG is a solid gym with a heart for fitness and community. Thank you Travis!

I'm a month in and feeling so much better physically and mentally. Everyone has been SO welcoming and encouraging, and I feel at home already. All of the coaches have been friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I'm excited to see the progress I make in a year 😊

My experience at CrossFit TTG has been absolutely amazing! Coming in with 0 CrossFit experience, I immediately felt welcomed into the CrossFit community. All of the coaches are so happy to help, teach you new things, and ensure you are doing exercises correctly and safely. Now being 4 months into CrossFit, I truly feel the strongest and most confident I’ve ever been.
