Be very cautious on how slick Carson is when you make deals with him!!!! I sold a house to him that he swore up and down would be a priority since the city of Burton is holding a $13k check of mine from the house catching fire. That was April 2023 now we are approaching April 2024 and after several calls and text I get told its something there working on in there spare time and expect a few more months ....
