I trained at Title for about a year before coming here, and the difference in the level of instruction has been huge. This gym places a real emphasis on technique, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have learned so much here, especially in terms of fundamentals, form, and the small technical details that make such a big difference in training. The coaching is thoughtful, technical, and intentional. I take Coach Tyler’s Muay Thai Fundamentals and Kickboxing Fundamentals classes, Coach Chris’s Intermediate Boxing, and Coach Justin’s Intermediate Muay Thai, and each class has helped me improve in different ways. It is clear that the focus is not just on getting through a workout, but on actually helping people build skill and become better technical fighters.I think that is a big part of why so many fighters train here and why so many people at this gym either actively compete or are interested in competing. There is a real focus on developing strong fundamentals and technical skill in a way that prepares people to grow, whether they are here for fitness or for competition. You can see that reflected in competition too. In amateur fights, Kaiju fighters consistently stand out, and more often than not, they are the ones getting their hand raised.Another thing I really appreciate is the environment. Everyone here is kind, welcoming, and supportive. People take training seriously, but they are also there to help you learn. It is a great atmosphere to grow in, especially if you are trying to improve and build confidence.Since joining, I have made this part of my routine and now come here three times a week after work. It has easily become one of the best parts of my week.If you are looking for a gym that prioritizes technique, quality coaching, and a supportive environment, I highly recommend training here. One thing I will give Title credit for is the mirror. It was great for the occasional post-workout selfie. That said, after training here, I can see why the focus is less on mirrors and more on what you are actually learning. There is probably a reason the only mirror here is in the restroom.
