Thomas helped us select carpeting and rubber flooring for the common areas of our condo building. He then hired a fantastic installer (Oscar) who exceeded our expectations and did some custom edging on a stairway that we didn’t know was possible, for which Thomas didn’t charge us extra. This job took real patience from Thomas as it took our committee and board months to decide on things, get board approval, etc. MAJOR CUDOS to Thomas and his team on a job well done and on budget!

Wow! What amazing customer service we received! Not only did they come out and make sure they measured multiple times, to get it right, they even checked in to make sure we were happy after the installation. A lot of industries don't understand how important customer service is but they clearly get it - referrals are what create a significant amount of business and this team understands that. Paul, Jorge and the whole team did a SUPERB job from start to finish in explaining the options to redo our Brazilian cherry floors. They were professional, fair, communicative and above all, highly competent. They *perfectly* matched the preexisting color/stain of our floors such that they didn’t need to redo the entire floor - just the part that needed refinishing. They stayed late to get the job done on my timeline (I had to travel). They were also super patient with me when trying to find the right color stain, and even Paul showed up to help. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and will only use this company for my flooring needs.

They are truly professional, customer oriented, and reasonably priced. They installed my floor while I was out town and sent me updates with photos throughout the whole process. They also helped me to trim another door that’s not part of the job for free. On top of that, they saved me 2 boxes of hardwood and a roll of underlayment to be returned to the store for refunds. I came home with brand new floor and almost spotless room. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor, they really are the one. I’ll definitely work with them again if I ever need floors done.

Anthony was great! My condo had some scratches from the previous owner moving out. I wasn’t sure if the panels would need replaced or not. Anthony was able to come out and assess the damage within a day of calling. He was able to recommend the most financially savvy way of fixing the floors instead of just tearing them up. He personally reached out to one of his vendors to find out what product would best go with my floor. The entire issue was corrected in a matter of days! If you’re looking for a personalized floor experience I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Very professional team of brother's from start to finish. My initial appointment with Anthony was on point. His presentation was great and he covered all the basis leaving the wife and I no questions to ask. Thomas then took over with the installation part and was good with communicating all the details and scheduling of the project. Thomas handled all the intricate details with my building management to ensure the project was good to go. Once the project was completed, Anthony and Kristopher quickly inspected the job and to make sure it was completed properly and if I was satisfied. They have a pretty incredible mobile showroom with all the different flooring options. It is nice to be able to see how they would actually look in your house before purchasing them in a giant store. They are very easy to work with and committed to quality.
