Vero Arms does great work, and for reasonable prices. They're happy to help with anything, and I don't think there's anything they can't do! Used to be called gunworks machine or something like that. I had stopped in to drop off a slide for an XD pistol to have the factory sights removed and to have upgraded ones installed. Springfield XD sights are notoriously difficult to remove. I had another business try to remove them but they were not able to accomplish it so they referred me to Vero Arms. I am beyond pleased with Vero. I stopped by and spoke with the owner Ron, he asked if I had some time and said we could try and get it done on the spot. This was a very nice surprise as I was expecting the turn around to be around a week or two. Ron took me back in to their tooling building and he proceeded to successfully remove the sights with no issues other than having to add a little more elbow grease! Ron and I had a very pleasant conversation while he worked on the slide. Overall I'm very happy with his work but I'm more pleased with being able to spend a bit of time and get to know Ron a bit. Shawna, Kendall, et al. are fantastic. Friendly, courteous, professional, and a keen eye to detail! My wife had her NFA and custom laser engraving completed here. When I brought it home from the shop, she was completely ecstatic. She’d seen the picture, but the picture didn’t do the job justice. Just really looks fantastic in person. Lydia sent them the ‘Kiss My Brass’ logo she created and then modified it to mirror the direction of actual bullet travel on the receiver. Just turned out really cool! Thank you guys!! Great work!!! This guys do good quality work. I am very happy with the workmanship that they put on my guns! Good people and very honest. They beyond gunsmith, they are artist.... BTW their barrel threading and re-crown is very good... Glad to know we got a good gunsmith in town. Less
