Good luck if you're trying to get an answer from them via email. They stopped responding to me when I had any questions related to my tax filing after they took my payment.

I have been filing tax with Jay for over 10 years and i am getting poor responses for email and even bad attitude from the people who work there recently for basic questions about status of my tax return. Jay is the only person who cares about the customer. I did not expect this from this concern.

Terrible costumer service, I followed up my case more than 10 times, nobody is responsive for phone calls, you need to contact with people for every detail ! don't recommend this place at all!

I took help of Manjas Tax for ITIN Application for my dependents. Had a very bad experience. I would suggest not to use Manjas Tax for ITIN Applications. It will save your time and money.

I had the worst time last year with this service provider. No respnses on emails, one introductory call, revising the invoice mid-way and such lethargic unprofessional attitude all throiugh-out. Not recommended.
