Following a disastrous experience at our local mobile phone shop, my husband and I went to CBD Mobile Phone Repairs and Accessories at the Imperial Shopping Centre at Gosford. We are both Aged Pensioners who have difficulty understanding the digital world. On each occasion when contacting CBD Mobile Phone either personally or on the phone, we found the four staff members to be extraordinarily helpful, friendly and professional. We have found that they are experts in their field and with their products and are readily able to communicate and translate this information to their customers. I was pleasantly surprised when the team at CBD Mobile offered to order in the phone cover I was looking for after 6 other outlets told me it wasn't available. Honest and genuine service. I had trouble getting my iPad charged. The guy tested and said it was the charger I was using, speed that was not correct. So he suggested that I use the right charger.
