I attended I2 fitness for a month doing the group sessions. High energy trainers with a great attitude. When you need help they will come by with corrections. The vibes at the gym gets you pumped up to work hard each session. For each class that I attended, I for sure got a good workout because my body was sore the next day. The best part is that sessions last 45 minutes. I can get a quick workout in and get back to my daily routine. I would recommend whoever to try this gym out if you're looking for some motivation you won't find at a "normal" gym.

I’ve been working with Alex at I2 Fitness for almost 3 years now, and it has honestly been life-changing. Everything I know about nutrition, I learned from him, and my body has gone through some amazing transformations. I even fit back into a dress I wore 12 years ago!The classes are tough but welcoming for all levels. The coaches genuinely care, pay attention, and know exactly when to push you. I always leave feeling stronger (and proud) of what I just did!On top of that, the community is incredible. It’s supportive, motivating, and fun to be around. I2 Fitness knows how to help you achieve your goals.Before I2 Fitness, I was able to make a little progress as I thought as a former college athlete I could get back into shape on my own. Little did I realize that being in shape in your 30s is not as easy as it was in your 20s. With Coach Alex and the team at I2 Fitness, you have a group that is working out, the coaches are helping you with your form and technique and the exercises and classes they have work. I've lost 9% body fat and 10 lbs in a matter of 10 weeks.

Before working with i2 Fitness I couldn’t stay consistent with my diet or workouts. After, I’ve lost over 10 pounds and have stayed consistent even after the challenge. I’m so grateful for this experience and am excited to keep making and achieving goals with the help of i2!!!!

I joined I2 fitness in early November and participated in their 6 week challenge. Through a combination of group fitness classes, a structured meal plan, and fantastic accountability partner in Alex (my coach), I was able to finally lose ~19lbs during the challenge. The gym community, coaches, and classes have been awesome. Thanks for all everything!

Great gym, great class, and great owner/trainers! The atmosphere and community was very welcoming and energetic. This is a great gym for reaching your goals and being apart of something. If you are looking for a place to work out safely and effectively, you need to check it out!
