Sherman Buildings was great to work with! Communication was fabulous, we were updated regularly. They came ready to work and had the frame up in one day! Everyone was pleasant. When we saw things that wasn't right they came right away and fixed it with no problems. The garage is now done and it is fabulous! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Sherman for our cabin project. Since we were new to using steel for siding and roofing, we really appreciated how patient they were in educating us on the materials and the process. They don’t do "cookie-cutter" work; these are high-quality, custom homes built to handle extreme MN weather.The communication was excellent throughout—they were always available by phone and quick to reply to emails. What really stood out was their relationship with their subcontractors; most have worked together for 20+ years, and that synergy shows on the job site. When there were issues to address, Sherman was fair, transparent, and acted with urgency to get things right. We finished on time and on budget. If you're looking for a builder you can actually trust, Sherman has earned it.

The people at Sherman really delivered me a quality pole shed!! I was impressed right from the beginning. Two of our friends have been very happy with their Sherman buildings so choosing Sherman was easy. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. Robin was quick and helpful when we had questions and changes. Beth was very friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff came out to make sure the building was placed in the right spot on our pad. I can't say enough about Ed and his crew. They were out there in less than favorable conditions. Last Thursday when they started our build it was 12° below zero. Everyone on Ed's crew powered through the cold and did their jobs with skill and professionalism. They were friendly and easy to get along with. So I say well done to this family owned and operated business. Thank you for the quality job.
