From my first contact with Sherman Buildings to the final cleanup they were spot on. Sherman sent out a Field Rep. to help me decide on the details of the building early on (I new roughly what I wanted but I had lots of questions). He was very knowledgeable with pole buildings and worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. No upselling and no sales gimmicks which I really appreciated. The building process and payment schedule was clearly explained to me and they followed it all the way through to completion. A project manager was assigned to my project a couple of weeks before the start of construction. She too was quite knowledgeable and did a great job. It felt like I was being personally taken care of and any questions I had were answered promptly. The finished building was well built and I couldn't find any corners that were cut.
