I was visiting from out of town, and they made it incredibly easy to register for a class online. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by several coaches and members, which made me feel right at home.I attended a Saturday morning partner WOD, and it was a lot of fun! In VA for the summer and wanted to keep up with my fitness while away from my home gym. The space is great with friendly members and good coaches. The programming is great ( done by one of the coaches ) and will definitely push you while being easily scalable for all levels. My sons had their first workout there and had a great workout. Would definitely recommend

Great CrossFit gym in NOVA! Carrie and Coach Sarah welcomed me when I arrived, familiarized me with the facility, and introduced me to the class. Sarah coached me as if I were a member, and all the athletes made me feel welcome. I’m a CF-L3 and have been to many CrossFit gyms - CrossFit Kingstowne is one of the best!

I was REALLY nervous walking into the gym today. David was friendly and made me feel at home. His instructions were clear even to a new comer. And his enthusiasm was exactly what I needed. My first ever CrossFit class was incredible.11/26/25Carrie is very knowledgeable. And in my case, patient 🙂! I am new to CrossFit and working through some injuries (and being in my 50s!}. She keeps a watchful eye and gives lots of feedback which is so helpful as I work on form and the initial building blocks3/3/26from day 1, Sam has been an encouraging, friendly, watchful coach. incredibly knowledgeable (and he can explain it in a way I can understand!). The Mongolian folk metal is a nice perk! Very thankful for Kingstowne and for Sam!

Coach Ali is the absolute best! Her energy and positivity is unmatched. I have taken classes with Ali for over 5 years and she has pushed me and challenged me to do things I never thought was possible. She does a great job explaining movement standards and the workout as well as helping to decide scaling options if needed. I love taking her class!!! I moved to Virginia about six months ago and have always wanted to try out Kingstowne CrossFit since it’s literally right across the street from where I live. It’s something that really interested me, and I finally decided to give it a try. Carrie was incredibly welcoming on my first day—she made sure I had everything I needed and encouraged me to ask any questions. I’m really enjoying the group so far; everyone has been friendly and inviting. My goal now is to keep showing up, get to know everyone a little better, and learn the foundations of the program. I’d say it’s a pretty great way to start my year.
