Dave has built a robust follow up system that is much more than a crm! I sold a referral homeowner because of the “recent customer” campaign. The crm text my previous clients, one of my clients filled out a form, the crm text the referral candidate to arrange a phone call, then it text me to call her! Incredible! Can’t wait to get more involved with the program!

I am very happy with this CRM which allows me to keep on top of my business, and communicate with my many customers at every step of the sale, install and post sale. This powerful tool reminds customers that it is time for their next phase, and well as coach my existing customer how to identify referral prospects. In addition, it allows me to cultivate key referral partners, communicate thru multiple social media platforms and expand my own web presence to seek additional new business. This platform is strong, and there is no way I could do all of this manually which is multiplying my efforts generating additional business, while maintain my relationship with my customers. I used Constant Contact for years, with very little response, and very little results. I just started using the RBA CRM this month, and I already have 2 direct repeat sales, and I have about 6-8 other repeat sales in process. This is exactly what I was looking for to automate my communications to customers. I can't wait to see the positive affects this will produce over the long term. I love it!
