Brought my International 4300 (Cummins ISB) in with Stop Engine, SPN 3058 and SPN 3251 faults. The truck was empty and I was worried it might need an EGR valve replacement.The guys did a proper inspection and full diagnostics, explained everything clearly, and did not push unnecessary parts. They identified that the issue was related to maintenance/aftertreatment service and regeneration, performed a forced regeneration, and made sure the system was operating correctly.After the service, all faults were cleared, no check engine light, and the truck runs greatThey are professionals. I had a really bad experience with this shop. These guys don’t care about customers at all. They act nice at first, but once you leave your truck, everything changes — no updates, no honesty, and the job they did was terrible. I paid a lot, and they didn’t fix the problem. When I came back, they started making excuses instead of taking responsibility.Honestly, I’ve been in the trucking business for years, and this is one of the worst diesel shops I’ve ever seen. Stay away from this place — they’ll waste your time and money.
