Love this gym!!! Power kickboxing is my favorite class because it incorporates weights. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you have about the exercises! Also, it’s very clean.

I love the classes at this studio. With the great encouragement of the instructors I was able to lose 20 pounds and trying for more. Highly recommend.

They charged another payment on Nov 10th which was reasonable since gyms usually charge another month (30 days cancellation policy). But, on December 10th, they processed another payment, so I had to let Cassidy know about the payment and he replied “I will reverse the payment and make sure it’s cancelled out”. Today (1/10/24), they charged me another payment after Cassidy making sure my membership is canceled. I just sent another email to Cassidy asking to reverse my payment and cancel my membership. Nobody works out at one gym forever, you gotta cancel your membership at one point and this gym will process your payment after you cancel your membership. Imagine if you didn’t check your email or credit card transaction and paying extra $100+ for stuff you already cancelled. For that reason, I would never recommend this place. Less

I absolutely LOVE this place, all the workouts are great! I always leave energized and wanting more!!! Good for the body and for the soul. I get to release all the stress from daily life. All the teachers are great, at first my favorite class was power kickboxing but I really like the other ones as well. I really enjoy the structure of the class!

I have been doing kickboxing here for 5 months now and already lost 12lbs. What I love this kickboxing club are all the instructors, they are so motivating, knowledgeable and fun I always feel great and so much energy in the end. It's a great way to start your day! It gives you full-body resistance training, major stress reliever, also it improves mental toughness. This club is a whole package!

I love this gym. The workouts are always fun and difficult. The classes have enough variety to keep me from getting bored. The instructors are always motivating and encouraging us to get better. The studio really feels like a family.

We have members of all ages and fitness levels, and the instructors are able to modify things to be easier or harder based on your level. I love that they give personal attention to each member, motivating you to punch or kick harder if they know you can, or hold that plank for just a bit longer. They get to know you and are able to push you to get a great workout. The variety of classes they offer keeps things interesting--Power for strength/circuit training, Fitness kickboxing and Jus kickboxing for straight kickboxing, Boot camp circuit for the early birds, and Yoga to stretch it all out at the end of the week. I love my kickboxing workouts at KBXC! Cassidy and all the instructors are very motivating and provide fun, energetic classes that you can do no matter your experience level. I came as a beginner never having done any kickboxing before and they take the time to show you proper form and continue to do so as needed. I’ve now been coming for just over 3 years and appreciate that there are a variety of classes ranging from only kickboxing rounds after a brief warm-up to a HIIT workout first before the kickboxing rounds, and now there are even some bootcamp and power kickboxing classes where you use a variety of fitness equipment like you’d find in a gym to add strength training in as well. You also can work at your own pace, and between the variety of classes, the flexible times (now starting as early as 5am!) and the friendliness of the staff as well as the members, you definitely have to give it a try! I have been coming to KBXC for the last 18 months and I swear it the best workout ever. I am not a gym person, in fact I'm not an exercise person, but as I approached 40 I wanted to find something that would help me feel strong and help keep my weight in check. I am not self motivated at all, but after I discovered this workout and the KBXC community I was hooked. The workout is so fun and is designed in a way that keeps you focused on each combo round so you don't realize how hard you are working. I burn insane calories every class. My skeletal muscle mass is the highest it's ever been. I went from constantly wearing sleeves because I hated my arms to feeling confident enough to wear tank tops again. Once you get the hang of the combos I have found it fun to focus on form. Cassidy and his team of instructors are so supportive and motivating. They run frequent challenges that act as a reset for all of us after life events like summer, the holidays etc.. Everyone is so nice and they offer a variety of different workouts so there is always something new to challenge you. As an added bonus besides keeping me fit, I now know how to throw a punch without breaking my hand - should I ever need to!! The class schedule is so varied that there is a class time that suits everyone's work/life schedule. Kickboxing Club is fantastic! The owner is helpful, attentive, and an excellent coach. He made sure to correct my form so I wouldn't hurt myself and he really worked to understand my goals a d motivate me to get there. All of the instructors are kind and effective. Highly recommend for beginners to kickboxing or those who have done it before! A great workout and an amazing environment.

Had my first day doing kick boxing fitness, it was the best experience I've had in a long time. Cassidy was the instructor, he took the time to actually make sure I had the form down, since it was my first time. I definitely look forward to going back and training with the other instructors. Great way to have fun, excellent music and stress relief.

Excellent workout! I feel powerful and underarms are tightening up and my range in hips are being challenged with every round house and front leg kick!

I love this place!!! Besides praying, these workouts have gotten me through the pandemic thus far. I absolutely love the instructors. The outdoor “studio” Cassidy and Eric have created is safe. I go at least 5 days/week and No workout is ever the same. The instructors know everyone by name and motivate each person individually. Come as you are, novice or pro!!!

Great classes, in a fun and energetic atmosphere! These classes are great for all levels of fitness. YOU can make them as challenging as you’d like. The professionals are always on the mat guiding you every step of they way! Don’t be scared to try something new- you won’t regret it!! Highly recommended workout from head to toe.. just show up and they’ll help with the rest!

Fantastic new fitness club in South Torrance! Atmosphere is clean, modern and fun. The music was bumpin and I had a VERY challenging class led by owner Cassidy. I'll definitely be back - amazing workout!
