Brilliant gym, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The classes are really well organised and that in it self takes out the task of having to think.. which is really helpful for the early morning sessions! I haven't been at Spartan very long but I can already tell I will be here for a long time, there is such a sense of community. Ive tried lots of different classes and the team at Spartan have been absolutely amazing at adapting certain exercises to accommodate my injuries.. thank you!

I absolutely loved today’s Hyrox class! I was really nervous walking in as it was my first time, but there was no need to worry. Everyone was so friendly, supportive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Jamie, the coach, was brilliant, really encouraging and made sure everyone felt comfortable while pushing us to do our best. The atmosphere was great and it made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of giving it a try!

Moving to the area I wasn’t sure I’d find the right gym but I definitely have. Great PT instructor who wants you to not only push yourself but to succeed with your goals.The teams game session I attended today was hard but one I’d definitely do again. I’m sure the instructors get a kick out of watching people blow out of every orifice!

Had my first session with jamie today! He was really friendly! Introduced him self straight away and put me through a brutal work out 😅 legend! Everyone at the gym was really friendly! Positive vibes all round!

I love Meg's classes as they are smaller and more personal. They give you the space to work on your technique whilst still being challenging. This class is a great addition to my workout schedule.

Loved this class, good old fashioned chipper with Cher at the helm.Cher supports everyone in the class and always brings the vibe... think her dancing was better than her singing tonight 😉

I completed my first class at Spartan today with coach Jamie. The class was easy to follow as well as everyone being supportive which meant I wanted to push myself. Looking forward to future classes!
