If you love pickleball with all your heart. This place is for you. If you are trying to get serious with your health and need an adequate facility pending no more than three people are present doing the same thing you are. This place is for you. If you have enough disposable income. This place is for you. Be prepared to pay premium prices for almost everything. Gym facility is improving but as of Feb 25’ it is ok but not worth the price. Drive 1 mile in any direction and get a membership for a 1/4 of the cost. The new California owners will nickel and dime for everything. It doesn’t have the same Texan spirit as it once had. Staff is great though. Pool is nice, food is actually pretty good. calisthenics area needs an update but not a priority for them and they’re missing a huge niche opportunity there. I recently attended a pickleball academy camp and absolutely loved the experience! The instruction was top-notch, and the friendliness of the other participants made it even more enjoyable. My husband and I have been members of the Harker Heights Athletic Club since June of last year, and we’ve been blown away by the welcoming community and incredible friendships we’ve formed. Not only has it been a great place to improve our pickleball skills, but it’s also become a second home filled with laughter and camaraderie. If you’re new to the area or just getting into pickleball, I highly recommend attending one of their skill camps or stopping by for open gym—you won’t regret it! This is a beautifully maintained pool and facility with resort feel. Lots of shaded covers and chairs and tables and lounges. Always clean and wiped down. Jeb and staff quickly responded with a replacement battery for the pool lift for disabled husband to use. Jeb is professional and a true gem for this facility! She does it all! I used to inspect pools and can say this is one of the safest, clean pools and facility I’ve enjoyed. We look forward to continued summer fun! We recommend this club!
